Yin yoga and mindfulness

Monday, 6.45pm - 7.45pm, online

A 60-minute restful yoga practice incorporating yin yoga (longer-held restorative poses) meditation and Yoga Nidra to nourish body and mind. No experience of yoga needed.

Morning yoga

Wednesday, 7.45am - 8.45am, online

A 60-minute mindful yoga practice to awaken body and mind, incorporating meditation, breath work and slow flow to help you prepare for the day. Open to all abilities.

Meditation (free to join)

Friday, 8am - 8.30am, online

A 30-minute breathwork and meditation practice to help you feel calm and grounded. No previous experience of meditation needed.
