This grounding meditation is about finding and visualising your happy place - a place in nature that makes you feel happy and peaceful. Through breath awareness and visualisation we connect to a calm and peaceful energy and commit to taking this energy out into our day.
This guided practice includes mindful body scanning, a gentle breath awareness exercise to help calm your thoughts and a short visualisation. Suitable for everyone with no meditation experience needed!
